The CFAP 2 was established by President Donald Trump and the US Secretary of Agriculture. The program is intended to provide assistance to farmers and ranchers in response to increased market costs related to the pandemic. The application window is September 21st through December 11th, 2020. Payments are based on the volume of livestock and/or crops that producers grow.
